A unique experience immersed in the pristine nature of the Val di Rabbi. The journey starts at the Terme di Rabbi and extends to Còler ( by shuttle), where, accompanied by our kinesiologist and mountain guide Claudio, you will begin a barefoot walk in the forest and learn how to breathe. The direct contact with the earth, the stream’s water, and natural surfaces stimulates circulation, relieves tension, and prepares the body for rest.
Upon returning to the thermal spa, enjoy a thermal bath with herbal wraps, a stop in the salt room to enhance deep breathing, and finally a relaxing herbal tea that helps both body and mind fully unwind.
To conclude this touristic and therapeutic itinerary, a curious thermal aperitif will be served at the Hotel Terme’s bistro: a special moment that blends gourmet pleasure with the serenity of the thermal experience.
