You can't visit Val di Rabbi and Trentino without tasting a good Teroldego risotto, or perhaps polenta and stew, venison steak, or a selection of cheeses and cured meats from our local producers. At the Restaurant of the Terme, mountain herbs flavor the dishes, bold flavors tease the taste buds, even the most refined ones, and the simplicity of traditional cuisine takes us back in time.
The Restaurant of the Terme di Rabbi satisfies even the most demanding palates, offering a breakfast and dinner that follows the creativity of our chefs and the seasonality of the ingredients.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served at the table, so each guest can order what they wish from the menu, whether sweet or savory. The choice is wide, and a variety of always-fresh products, including freshly baked bread, cured meats, cheeses, and homemade desserts, will delight the palates of both gourmets and sweet lovers.
Typical Trentino dinner
One day a week is the gala day, when our history is told through the authentic flavors of Trentino products. Fresh cheeses and local cured meats open the evening, followed by first courses like strangolapreti and pappardelle with roe deer ragù. The main courses wouldn’t be complete without polenta, always the star. And to finish sweetly, we will surprise you with Trentino apple strudel and walnut cake.

Cuisine for everyone, including intolerances and special diets
A delicious cuisine, rich in the typical flavors of Trentino, is designed for everyone. Upon request, we prepare gluten-free dishes, following the needs of those on a special diet, with menus tailored to the recommendations of our doctor.

Just like kids, treat yourself to a break with our selection of cakes freshly baked every day, or with savory proposals from our Chef. In our Ristoro, we prepare homemade cakes, with apple cake being our favorite. Of course, served with a swirl of ice cream!

On the ground floor of the hotel, we have created a versatile space we simply call 'ristoro', but it is much more than that.
It’s an idea, an excuse to enjoy the authentic atmosphere of a special place, at the edge of the Stelvio National Park, for a delicious and authentic stop. Mountain herb teas, syrups, and craft beers, or a hot chocolate while reading a good book or chatting with friends. A glass of Trentino red wine and a platter, a game of checkers, a slice of strudel, or a krapfen.
Salads, platters with strictly Trentino products, and, if you’re passing through on your trek, sandwiches for your packed lunch.
If you fancy something warm, our Chef has thought of that too. Whether on-site or to go, we offer a selection of 100% natural and homemade dishes. And don’t forget to taste our Acqua Forta, the raspberry-flavored thermal spring water, served directly from the source. And for the bold, a selection of Trentino grappas for a mountain after-dinner drink.
