À la carte Breakfast
Breakfast is served at the table. This allows us to customize the selection according to each guest's tastes. Like in a café, the offer is wide, with both sweet and savory options: freshly baked bread, local cold cuts and cheeses, homemade cakes, yogurt, fresh fruit, and artisanal jams. Coffee, tea, juices, cappuccino, and barley coffee are available for self-service. A genuine selection to start the day in the best possible way.
Dinner
Our cuisine is based on three principles: freshness, seasonality, and planning. Organizing in advance allows us to select fresh ingredients every day, following the seasons and reducing waste. For this reason, we kindly ask you to choose the menu the night before so we can prepare each dish while respecting freshness, quality, and seasonality.
Once a week, we dedicate the evening to Trentino tradition, offering typical dishes and local products from km 0. For special dietary needs — intolerances, celiac disease, or specific diets — we will be happy to prepare a customized menu upon request and with sufficient notice.
The Ristoro
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, our Ristoro is a small informal space designed for a delicious break before or after an excursion, or to escape a rainy day. You can stop to read, chat, drink, have a snack, enjoy an afternoon treat, or even take a hot dish from the chef if you're on the go.
At the Ristoro, you'll find homemade cakes, simple sweets, and something savory to curb your hunger. The apple pie, served with a spoonful of ice cream, is a classic you won't want to miss. If you prefer something savory, we offer a freshly made rabbiesino or rye bread roll, a platter of local cheeses and cured meats, or a first course — everything is possible.
A Sip of the Mountains
To accompany your break, be sure to try Acqua Forta, the thermal water infused with raspberry. And to end the day with a strong note, a selection of Trentino grappas, soft, aromatic, and genuine.
