Active Tourism and vascular wellness
Designed to support healthy venous circulation and reduce the feeling of heaviness in the legs, this itinerary is particularly recommended for those experiencing venous insufficiency or stasis. Accompanied by Claudio, mountain guide and kinesiologist from the Terme di Rabbi, participants reach the Còler in about 50 minutes (a shuttle service from the Hotel is available for those with minor mobility issues). From there, a barefoot walk begins in the forest, including short stretches through the Rabbiès stream. The contact with cold water and natural elements stimulates peripheral circulation and triggers a beneficial thermal stress response. The itinerary ends at the spa with a phlebological treatment in thermal water, a dry CO₂ bath, and a draining herbal tea to support detoxification and eliminate excess fluids.
