SPA circuit – 8 steps
1. Turkish bath and salt scrub
Humid heat (approx. 40°C) opens the pores, promotes sweating, and encourages toxin elimination. The aromatic atmosphere helps clear the airways. A salt scrub is recommended to remove dead skin cells, purify the skin, and prepare it for the next phases.
2. Relaxation and herbal tea
A decompression moment to gradually cool the body and promote hydration, supported by a detox herbal tea.
3. Alpine sauna or infrared hay sauna
The alpine sauna (75–85°C) offers dry, intense heat that stimulates deep sweating and relaxes the muscles.
Alternatively, the hay sauna (40–60°C) uses infrared heat and the active properties of hay to relieve joint and muscle tension.
4. Kneipp path in thermal water
Walking between alternating pools at 15°C and 26°C stimulates microcirculation and tones the vascular system. The natural foot massage supports venous return and nervous system relaxation.
5. Cold showers
Cold showers complete the thermal contrast, enhancing blood and lymphatic circulation and improving vascular tone.
6. Relaxation and panoramic whirlpool tub
The panoramic whirlpool tub deeply relaxes the muscles and allows the body to fully unwind, offering a regenerating wellness experience.
7. Rehydration with thermal water from the Antica Fonte
Rabbi’s thermal water is iron-rich, sodium-rich, and contains magnesium and potassium, with a high concentration of carbon dioxide. These characteristics give it anti-inflammatory, soothing, and regenerative properties. Rehydration takes place on the ground floor at the Antica Fonte.
8. Outdoor continuation and final relaxation
The experience continues with the panoramic alpine sauna, the barefoot walk in spring water, or a thermal shock dip in a 19th-century tub. To end the experience, guests can return to the third floor for final moments of relaxation and a herbal tea.
Duration of the path: approximately 2 hours + relax
Guests are provided with a bathrobe, slippers, and herbal teas. Access to the thermal SPA is restricted to individuals aged 14 and over, and only if accompanied and supervised by an adult. Swimwear and a swim cap are mandatory in the panoramic whirlpool tub.
Participation in the SPA circuit is not recommended for individuals with uncompensated heart failure or coronary disease, pregnancy, hypothermia, low blood pressure, arrhythmias, peripheral neuropathy, epilepsy, or unstable neurological conditions.
