A pathway through different levels of heat, thermal water, a panoramic whirlpool, nature, essential oils and organic herbal infusions.
A guided indoor and outdoor pathway lasting approximately two hours, plus relaxation time.
A steam bath with an essential-oil salt scrub, a hay bio-sauna with targeted infrared heat for the back and lumbar area and Alpine sauna alternate with the thermal shower and the panoramic whirlpool, following the principles of hot-and-cold alternation inspired by the Kneipp method.
The pathway continues outdoors with a panoramic sauna, barefoot sensory pathway through bark, pebbles and the small stream, sun terrace, original 19th-century bath with spring water for thermal contrast and a pause for rehydration at the historic thermal spring.
Each phase of the pathway is accompanied by organic herbal infusions prepared with selected botanicals and essential oils dedicated to its three stages: Activation, Balance and Release. The final step is dedicated to Terme di Rabbi thermal skincare: HYDRA, to hydrate the skin and restore comfort, or HYALOS, to nourish, restructure and enhance radiance.

Access and prices
Access to the thermal SPA pathway is by reservation and subject to limited capacity (maximum 20 people per time slot). Guests aged 14 and over may enter only when accompanied and continuously supervised by an adult, with respect for the relaxation of all guests.
SPA kit included: bathrobe, bath towel, slippers, herbal infusions, vitamin water, aromatherapy protocol and final HYDRA or HYALOS skincare treatment.

All pathways must be booked in advance.
Guests aged 14 and over may access the thermal SPA only when accompanied and continuously supervised by an adult. Silence and relaxation must be respected.
Swimwear and a swimming cap are compulsory in the panoramic whirlpool.
The pathway is not suitable in cases of heart failure or uncompensated coronary disease, pregnancy, low blood pressure or heart rhythm disorders, peripheral neuropathies, epilepsy or unstable neurological conditions.

The thermal pathway is complemented by scientific aromatherapy, clinical phytotherapy and three organic herbal infusions prepared with selected botanicals. Each blend features a specific essential oil.

At the end of the pathway, it can be continued with deep-relaxation, relaxing or draining massages, wellness treatments and personalised programmes.
Complete the thermal SPA pathway
The thermal SPA pathway can be completed with a relaxing or deep-relaxation massage, benefiting from the muscular release encouraged by heat. Micro Kneipp pathways for microcirculation, breathing and recovery are also recommended, together with draining massage and lymphatic drainage.
The prices for the 25- and 50-minute massages apply exclusively when combined with the thermal SPA pathway. Micro Kneipp pathways may also be purchased independently at the stated prices.
