Outdoor e Terme attive
Terme Attive combines outdoor activities, guided movement and thermal treatments.
The experiences take place in the unspoilt natural surroundings of Val di Rabbi, in the heart of Stelvio National Park, and continue at the thermal spa with targeted treatments, access to Antica Fonte, herbal tea and time to relax.
Each experience is available in two formats: outdoor only, consisting solely of the guided activity in nature, or the complete Terme Attive programme, combining the outdoor activity with a thermal spa programme.
The activities are led by Federica, a physiotherapist at Terme di Rabbi, and are designed for adults. Young people aged 14 and over may participate when accompanied.
