Musculoskeletal health programmes at Terme di Rabbi bring together thermal water, heat and peat in treatments dedicated to muscles, joints and functional recovery.
The treatments are intended for those wishing to address joint stiffness, muscular tension, recovery after physical activity or conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system.
Thermal baths, essential-oil baths, peat applications and programmes inspired by the Kneipp method may be combined to support mobility, muscular relaxation and recovery of the musculoskeletal system.
Main treatments
Thermal bath
A thermal-water bath in a private treatment room, followed by rest wrapped in a warm cloth to encourage complete relaxation.
Thermal bath with essential oils
A thermal-water bath in a private treatment room, enriched with blends of 100% organic essential oils. The treatment continues with rest wrapped in a warm cloth and scientific aromatherapy focused on the neurosensory system.
Peat applications in thermal water
Peat applications in thermal water for muscular and joint areas.
Therapeutic massage, physiotherapy and osteopathy
Manual treatments dedicated to contractures, muscular tension, muscular recovery, functional recovery and joint mobility.

A 5+1 package is available for selected musculoskeletal treatments. It is valid for one person only, cannot be transferred and cannot be shared.

Terme Attive | Body Activation Walk
A guided walk including mobility, muscle activation and breathing exercises in the Terme di Rabbi park. It naturally complements programmes dedicated to functional recovery and joint mobility.
Kneipp Programme | Release and Fluidity
A programme dedicated to releasing muscular tension, improving mobility and restoring fluid movement through thermal water, heat and alternating temperatures.
Micro Kneipp | Release
A short programme combining a thermal bath with essential oils and a peat application, dedicated to muscular release and recovery.
Thermal SPA Programme
It may complement treatments through heat, muscular relaxation, alternating temperatures and overall recovery.
