This Active Thermal Experiences itinerary is designed for those who wish to move actively and consciously in nature: the exercises are adapted to different participant levels and promote flexibility, coordination, and muscular wellbeing, preparing the body to fully benefit from the following thermal treatments.

Guided excursion in the nature of Val di Rabbi
Mobility and muscle activation exercises
Breathing techniques
Regenerating thermal bath
Peat pack in thermal water
Access to the historic thermal spring and herbal tea
Bathrobe and slippers

In case of rain

In case of bad weather, the excursion will be replaced by a thermal SPA program including salt scrub, steam bath, infrared sauna and alpine sauna, a flebological circuit in thermal water and a panoramic regenerating pool with hydromassage.

The alternative program will start at 3:30 PM directly at Terme di Rabbi.

To complete the experience

To complete the experience, Terme di Rabbi offers treatments dedicated to muscle recovery, joint mobility and wellbeing of the musculoskeletal system.

In particular, a recovery massage is recommended to support the elimination of accumulated lactic acid.
