Active Thermal Baths | Circulation and lightness of the legs
Excursion, gentle exercise and thermal treatments
| Focus of the itinerary Stimulation of circulation and support for fluid drainage. |
Designed to promote circulation and a feeling of lightness in the lower limbs, this Active Thermal Baths itinerary is particularly suitable in cases of venous insufficiency or venous stasis.
Accompanied by Claudio, a certified mountain guide and kinesiologist at Terme di Rabbi, guests reach the Còler by hotel shuttle. From here, a barefoot walk through the forest begins, conceived as an immersion in the landscape and a form of gentle exercise, with short crossings of the Rabbiès stream.
Contact with cold water and natural elements stimulates peripheral circulation through a beneficial thermal shock. The experience concludes at the Thermal Baths with a phlebological treatment in thermal water, a dry CO2 bath, rehydration at the Ancient Spring and access to the relaxation area with herbal tea, supporting fluid drainage and functional recovery.
