Starters
Country-style beef scented with basil, served with red radicchio and pine nuts.
Traditional potato tortel.
Apple salad.
Ricotta and sage pearls on rye bread.
Two first courses
Barley soup.
Pasta with Alpine dairy cheeses.

Roast pork with apples and potatoes.
Dessert
Walnut cake with its cream.
