Every Friday, the Ristorantino delle Terme offers a traditional Trentino dinner, with a menu inspired by the region’s cuisine and interpreted by chef Nicola Facchinetti. Also open to guests not staying at the Hotel.

Starter
Cabbage carpaccio with Casolet cheese, speck and mortandela.
Two first courses
Strangolapreti with browned butter.
Spätzle with porcini mushroom cream.
Main course
Beef goulash with two-flour polenta.
Dessert
Apple strudel.
