Every Friday, the Terme di Rabbi Restaurant serves a traditional Trentino dinner, with a menu inspired by the region’s cuisine and interpreted by Chef Nicola Facchinetti.

The menu
Starter
Cabbage carpaccio with Casolet cheese, speck and Mortandela.
Two first courses
Strangolapreti with brown butter.
Spätzle with porcini mushroom cream.
Main course
Beef goulash with two-flour polenta.
Dessert
Apple strudel.
