Barefoot flow – Active Thermal Experience
Experience focus: walking barefoot through the woodland, tuning into the sensation of water, stone, natural ground and the Rabbiès stream beneath your feet.
Barefoot Flow offers a new way to reconnect directly with nature through barefoot walking.
This short woodland experience begins at Còler and follows sections of forest trail with small crossings of the Rabbiès stream. Direct contact with the natural surroundings heightens awareness of the body, the way the feet meet the ground and the changing terrain underfoot.
Walking alternates with mobility exercises, breathing practices and quiet moments of sensory awareness.
Barefoot Flow Outdoor
A guided woodland experience featuring barefoot walking, mobility and breathing exercises, a crossing of the Rabbiès stream and access to the Antica Fonte thermal spring.
Duration: approximately 90 minutes
Barefoot Flow Terme Attive
The complete Terme Attive package combines the outdoor experience with a thermal wellness circuit. Access to the Antica Fonte, herbal tea, bathrobe and slippers are included.
Duration: approximately 3 hours
What is included
Outdoor €30: barefoot woodland walk, stream crossing, mobility exercises, guided breathing and access to the Antica Fonte.
Complete Terme Attive package €80: includes the Outdoor experience and the accompanying thermal wellness circuit, with herbal tea, bathrobe and slippers.
Practical information
Available every Monday by advance booking.
Meet at 2:15 pm at Hotel Terme di Rabbi Reception. The minibus leaves at 2:30 pm. Return to the thermal centre is expected at approximately 4:00 pm, followed by access to the Antica Fonte.
Booking is required by 11:00 am. Minimum 4 and maximum 16 participants.
Recommended: comfortable clothing, a towel for exercises on the ground and a change of clothes. Swimwear is compulsory for the complete package.
