INDOOR THERMAL SPA PATH
A complete treatment combining heat, steam, thermal water, and moments of relaxation. Each phase is designed to stimulate circulation, detoxify the body, relax muscles, and promote physical recovery.

  1. Turkish bath and salt scrub
The humid heat (around 40°C) opens the pores, promotes sweating, and stimulates the elimination of toxins. The aromatic environment helps open the respiratory passages. In this phase, a salt scrub is recommended to remove dead skin cells, purify the skin, and prepare it for the following benefits.

  2. Herbal tea break and relaxation
A moment of decompression allows the body to cool gradually. It is recommended to drink herbal tea to rehydrate and optimize toxin elimination.

  3. Finnish sauna or infrared sauna
The dry heat of the Finnish sauna (75–85°C) stimulates deep sweating and supports muscle relaxation. Alternatively, the infrared sauna (40–60°C) penetrates deep into the tissues, relieving joint and muscle tension.

  4. Herbal tea, water, and cold shower break
Alternating between hot and cold phases helps stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation. The cold shower promotes vascular tone and refreshes the body after exposure to heat.

  5. Kneipp path in thermal water
Walking on an irregular surface, alternating between hot and cold pools, stimulates microcirculation and tones the vascular system. The natural foot massage favors venous return and relaxes the nervous system.

  6. Final relaxation with herbal tea
Duration: 2 hours of guided wellness path + relaxation
The final phase involves resting in the relaxation area with loose-leaf herbal teas. This moment allows the body to fully absorb the benefits of the path, promoting a sense of overall well-being.

  1. OUTDOOR THERMAL SPA PATH
    Panoramic Finnish Sauna (8 spots)
The experience begins in the panoramic alpine sauna (75–85°C). The dry heat promotes deep sweating, relaxes muscles, and stimulates metabolism, helping to reduce tension and improve mood.

    1. Exposure to mountain air and herbal tea
After the sauna, a short exposure to fresh air and herbal tea help the body rebalance its temperature and promote peripheral vasoconstriction, which is essential for vascular toning.

    2. Natural Kneipp path on riverbed pebbles
The path continues with barefoot walking on pebbles in cold spring water. The surface stimulates the soles of the feet and favors venous return. The hot-cold alternation strengthens the circulatory system and stimulates neurosensory reflexes.

    3. Small stone thermal pool (thermal shock)
For those feeling ready, a quick immersion in the 19th-century pool with cold river water for a revitalizing thermal shock. Just a few seconds, even with just the tips of the toes. This step has a toning and immune-stimulating effect, useful for vascular strengthening and stress response.

    4. Shower and final relaxation in the panoramic room
The path concludes with a shower, an herbal tea, and a break in the Ancient Spring room or the outdoor solarium. During this phase, the body absorbs the treatment's benefits, restoring neurovegetative balance and promoting a deep sense of well-being.

Duration of the path: approximately 2 hours

The Thermal SPA path is not suitable for those suffering from heart failure or uncompensated coronary diseases, pregnancy, hypothermia, hypotension or rhythm disorders, peripheral neuropathies, epilepsy, or unstable neurological conditions.
