Through a targeted sequence of movement and technique, this Active Thermal Experience promotes gradual muscle reactivation and functional recovery.
The circular route lasts approximately 40 minutes. After a brief introduction to the use of the poles, a guided Nordic Walking session begins. Suitable also for beginners, it promotes venous return and muscular activation.
During the walk, mobility and posture exercises are performed. Back at the thermal spa, the experience continues with a thermal bath with essential oils, a peat pack treatment, and relaxation wrapped in a warm cloth. A revitalising herbal tea concludes the programme, supporting overall energy recovery.

Difficulty level
Italian Alpine Club (CAI): T – Tourist.
Easy routes on paths or forest tracks, well marked and without technical difficulty. No specific physical preparation required.
In case of bad weather
In case of adverse weather conditions, the outdoor itinerary will be replaced by a thermal SPA programme including salt scrub and steam bath, infrared sauna and alpine sauna, thermal vascular pathway, panoramic regenerating whirlpool bath, essential oils thermal bath and anti-inflammatory peat pack.
The alternative programme will start at 3:30 pm, directly at Terme di Rabbi.
