Thermal SPA
The indoor and outdoor thermal SPA experience lasts approximately two hours.
Different heat levels, hot-cold contrast, rehydration and recovery accompany the body through a progression inspired by the Kneipp method: stimulation, reaction and recovery.
Steam bath, infrared sauna, alpine sauna, thermal shower, panoramic whirlpool and outdoor SPA create a path dedicated to circulation, muscular relaxation and physical recovery.
The experience integrates a botanical and aromatic protocol developed in collaboration with leGALENICA: herbal infusions and essential oils accompany the three phases of the thermal SPA — activation, balance and release — in harmony with heat, rehydration and recovery.
ACTIVATION · BALANCE · RELEASE
At the beginning of the experience, herbal infusions and activating essential oils prepare the body for thermal stimulation and gradually introduce it to heat.
At the end of the indoor thermal SPA path, a second phase dedicated to balance accompanies the transition toward rehydration at the Ancient Spring.
In the final part of the experience, herbal infusions and essential oils dedicated to release accompany decompression and recovery.
The experience concludes with self-application of the HYDRA moisturizing cream or the HYALOS restorative cream from the Terme di Rabbi thermal skincare line.

Swimwear and swimming cap are mandatory in the panoramic whirlpool.
6. Balance and rehydration at the Ancient Spring
Here the body is rehydrated by slowly drinking thermal water, naturally rich in ferrous iron, CO₂ and trace elements.
An oligomineral spring is also available, suitable for guests who do not enjoy the taste of the “Acqua forte” or have specific needs.

The experience concludes with application of the HYDRA moisturizing cream or the HYALOS restorative cream from the Terme di Rabbi thermal skincare line.
Warnings and information
Access to the thermal SPA is reserved for guests aged 14 and over, only if accompanied and constantly supervised by an adult. Silence and relaxation must be respected.
Swimwear and swimming cap are mandatory in the panoramic whirlpool.
The experience is not recommended in case of heart failure or uncompensated coronary disease, pregnancy, low blood pressure or heart rhythm disorders, peripheral neuropathies, epilepsy or unstable neurological conditions.

The thermal SPA experience can be combined with a targeted massage, dedicated to releasing tension or achieving deeper relaxation.
